Refund & Return Policy

Because of the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sexual wellness items.

Please double-check your order before placing it, as we are unable to issue refunds or process returns once the product has left our facility.

Damaged or incorrect items

We want you to love your experience with us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at returns@thelabandco.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Refunds for approved cases

If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
